We will start intensive formation about problem-based learning for the teachers from our Southeast Asian universities. With specific courses for Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam, INOWASIA will train 60 teachers from diverse disciplines. Our objective is to convince the teachers that achieving personal skills is so important as knowledge acquisition during the formation on water resources. This is only p possible with the innovative methodologies that place the student at the forefront of the learning process (instead of conventional teacher-centred methodologies). Students must be motivated and engaged in the class.

INOWASIA offers a free virtual course to learn the theory and practical aspects to design and implement problem-based learning courses in the field of water and environmental resources. The course lasts for 10 hours, 4 hours in two face-to-face sessions taught by qualified professors from the University of Girona (UdG, Spain), and 6 hours of teamwork. All the students who attend both sessions and participate actively will obtain an accreditation from UdG.
