Alert, Webinar for online training next week on NBS and Wastewater reuse with INOWASIA partner

SEPTEMBER 29th @ 10:00 CEST to SEPTEMBER 30th @ 17:00 CEST 

The 2-days webinar NATURE-BASED SOLUTIONS – NBS – FOR THE TREATMENT AND REUSE OF WASTEWATER AND SEWAGE SLUDGE IN THE MEDITERRANEAN (September 29 @ 10:00 – to September 30 @ 17:00 ) is organised by the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and Mediterranean Fisheries of the Sicilian Region – ASSAGRI, in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment, Di3A, of the University of Catania – UNICT, partners of the TRESOR project.

 

Dra. Antonina Torrens (FSUB) member of INOWASIA will participate in the webinar presenting the experiences of NBS for wastewater treatment and reuse in Senegal. During the webinar, a state of the art on the characteristics and applications of planted filter systems will be presented, enriched by the description of different experiences and case studies on the treatment and reuse of wastewater and sludge in different climatic and geographical contexts.

The event will be entirely organised in virtual mode on the Zoom platform. The link to the webinar will be communicated on the project website and on social networks:

Languages: French and Italian will be the adopted languages. Simultaneous translation Italian-French, Italian-English, French-English and vice versa will be provided.
